Job Description
Our client is an innovative technology business developing groundbreaking electrical drive systems for the transportation sectors.
Our client has retained us to now look for a Programme Manager to join their senior leadership team to support the commercialisation of their innovative drivetrain system. We require an outstanding individual with experience implementing NPI process knowledge and a technical background to drive the business to deliver on cost, quality and deadlines.
You will be degree qualified with a minimum of a bachelor''s in an engineering or business management subjects and you will at least 5+ years experience in a programme management role.
The ideal candidate will have spent time in a larger engineering business and either have transitioned or being looking to transition to a smaller and more agile technology business.
Qualifications:
- Engineering or business management degree
- 10 years in an engineering or technical role with 5 years of experience in programme management
- Proven people management experience
- Strong understanding of project and product management process, technology development and new product introduction processes
- Experience in programme management of an R&D team
- Experience with compliance including ISO9001
- Experience working with across a range of engineering and design disciplines including product design, software engineering, mechanical and electronics
