Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager and in collaboration with the Business Development Team, you will proactively take care of the full recruitment cycle for our employees. Consistently building on your performance and proud to represent the #Fungineer brand.

Your responsibilities:
* Develop recruitment campaigns specific to the customer needs
* Map out technical profile and person specifications
* Draft SII branded job descriptions
* Advertise on all available Job Board, Social Network/Media and SII''s International talent-share avenues
* Build and maintain a pool of relevant applicants utilising:
* CV Databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Referral Network, Veteran Society
* Update candidate information/recruitment process milestones onto bespoke ATS tool
* Qualify and pre-select candidates by telephone
* Present qualified applicants to Business Managers across the business
* Schedule face to face interviews providing feedback throughout the process
* You''ll be present during face to face interviews
* Attend annual industry events representing the SII Group

Required skills:
* You have 2+ years'' experience, in a Recruitment environment as either a Business Developer and/or as a Recruiter
* Having personally sourced, developed and recruited for companies within a specialist area i.e. IT & Technology, Engineering, Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Devices or Oil &Gas/Construction would be advantageous
Desirable skills:
* Technical knowledge or Software languages
