Customer Service Agent
Lorien are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor with experience of dealing with inbound calls to join a nationwide IT Service Provider based in Northampton on a rolling contract basis paying £11.17 per hour with a view of turning perm
The desks operate between 08.00 - 18.00 with a 7.5 hour day being worked between Mon - Friday
We are looking for candidates with previous Customer Service experience ideally within a call/contact centre and are used to dealing with high volumes of incoming calls and feel comfortable using Microsoft Office.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Act as first point of contact for customers via telephone
- Record issues/queries on the Call Logging system (Training will be provided)
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
