Customer Services Representative (temporary contract) - Maternity cover
Based in Minworth
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
£18,000 - £20,000pa
Are you an experienced Customer Services representative who is available straight away and looking for your next opportunity?
You will be working for an established company based in Minworth who are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join their busy team.
• You will be dealing with incoming calls/queries and responding to emails.
• The experienced Customer Services Representative will be responsible for liaising with various sites regarding the after care of appliances.
• You will be responsible for ordering spare parts and keeping the customer updated.
• Arranging fitter visits and placing service calls.
• Dealing with queries such as warranties and damaged goods.
You will have previously worked as a customer services advisor, customer services, customer services representative, senior customer services, customer support, customer services coordinator, customer services executive, customer help-desk.
