Our client is currently recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technical Architect, with an eye for detail and sound construction knowledge to join them on a permanent basis.

They have extensive experience working across education, community, commercial and healthcare sectors. The work is diverse and complex, but they are practical and efficient in their approach to ensure a high-end service.

Suitable candidates will be proficient in Revit.

Key jobs duties for this Architectural Technician Role:

Developing briefs, scheme, planning drawings as part of a wider technical team
Coordination of Specialist Consultants in the design coordination
Production of technical details, working drawings and tender packagesSkills / qualifications for this Architectural Technician Role:

Strong Revit skills (Essential)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving licence and own transport
