Asbestos Site Analyst - Basildon

Our established client is major player within the asbestos industry who deliver professional asbestos services to a diverse range of clients and site types. This company is actively seeking a qualified, hardworking and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Basildon area. The ideal candidate will hold the P403/4 asbestos qualifications and will have extensive experience carrying out a wide range of asbestos air-monitoring duties to a mixed portfolio of sites. Applications from Brentwood, Grays, Southend-on-Sea, Billericay and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have attained the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Will have significant experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Confident in under-taking a wide range of asbestos air monitoring duties to a missed portfolio of sites.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Will be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have good client facing and organisational skills.

Role Will Encompass:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Carrying out site audits.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.
