This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of the development and management of the brokers sales team and administrative support team. It is a varied role including recruitment, training and development, sales performance management and relationship building.

Recruitment, on-boarding and inductions of new brokers
Sales Management - performance management, 1-2-1s and case overviews
Recognising success - Awards & Rewards
Analyzing, planning and implementing process improvements
Creating and managing a new wealth referral process
Building relationships with lenders, insurers and peers
