Job Description

HR Assistant

This is a chance to join a fast growing international business who operate within the food and drink industry. They are currently looking for an individual with strong IT skills to join their HR department where you will act as the first port of call for employee queries.

The Role:

Assisting with recruiting new members of the business, arranging and attending interviews with hiring managers along with successful onboarding of new employees.
Running payroll for employees across the site.
Admin of pension & benefits across the business.
Sickness absence monitoring.
Occupational health coordination.
Keeping up to date HR and training records.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
Experience working in a varied HR role and happy to work in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will come from a manufacturing background.
CIPD qualified / part qualified would be beneficial.
