Lawyer – Private Client

Private Client Lawyer required within strongly performing Essex practice on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an opportune time for a solicitor or legal executive to join a specialist private client team located in Harlow. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful lawyer will deliver high quality advice to clients on a broad range of private client matters. STEP membership would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

Wills
Probate
Estate administration
Trusts
Lasting powers of attorney
Tax planning
Court of Protection matters
Elderly client matters
Dealing with vulnerable clients

The Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least three years'' PQE
Experience in private client law is essential
STEP membership is highly advantageous
A strong communicator, able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
