Job Description

Fully Remote role

Key responsibilities:

Deliver accurate and effective payrolls for the Group, ensuring salaries, expenses and deductions are paid on a timely basis
Update payroll related information on iTrent (the Group''s payroll & HR system) by cut-off each month to enable the payroll processes to be run
Process manage complex absence cases, including long term sickness and maternity, on iTrent to ensure correct calculations and checks on all open-ended absences
Co-ordinate the provision of P60''s & P11d''s to employees via iTrent
Assist with monthly reconciliations to all payroll related cost centres and benefit providers
Validate and analyse the timesheet process, manual submissions and upload files in accordance with business areas, enabling the correct overtime payments
Co-ordinate pension related aspects of the payroll process including auto-enrolment assessments
Work with the InHealth Finance and HR team to facilitate an effective review process of the payroll prior to release
Act as a key contact for HMRC and other external parties and manage all employee payroll related queries as required
