Job Description
We are looking for an internal account manager to support our client''s sales function. The role will involve looking after their customers, reviewing prices and supporting the external sales representatives.

Main duties to include:
* Taking telephone calls from customers to deal with account queries such as pricing, deliveries and new products
* Supporting the external sales reps with account management and from time to time, accompanying reps on customer meetings
* Review customer pricing and produce new quotations as required
* Coordination of new product launches - including contacting customers by telephone and email to maximise sales
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Manage all new customer accounts and ensure orders arrive on time and the customer receives the best possible service
We are looking for:
* Experience of internal account management
* Strong customer service skills
* Someone who is able to identify sales opportunities
* A professional and courteous individual
* Someone who is organised and methodical

* Basic salary £22k-£24k
* Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
