Job Description

Client (Customer) Contact Specialist

Salary: £23,500 pro rata per annum

Business hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm (occasional shifts maybe required)

Contract: Full Time, 5 month contract (potential to go perm)

Start: Immediate

Please note: For this role of Client (Customer) Contact Specialist it is essential that you have exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak Arabic AS as well as the English language fluently.

Client (Customer) Contact Specialist - Key Accountabilities:

* Accurate maintenance of all of existing reporting and process documentation

* Client data collation and recording accurately

* Input to flash reports for management visibility

* Excellent telephone manner

Client (Customer) Contact Specialist - What we''re looking for:

* Immediate availability would be advantageous

* Fluent English and Arabic AS language, spoken and written

* An enthusiastic attitude paired with an approachable personality

* Continually seeks to improve client satisfaction with high level ability to connect with the client

* Luxury Retail experience

* Full UK/EU driving licence

* Other Languages: Korean and Russian
