Team Lead

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Amazon as a full time Team Leader, based at a Vendor Flex site in Bury St Edmunds. If you have the drive and ambition to succeed, we need you as part of our PMP team helping to provide customers with a first-class Amazon experience.

As a Team Leader you will be paid:

£12.03 per hourMain responsibilities as a Team Leader:

Help support the daily management of the Vendor Flex site duties
Ensure the safety of associates at all times
Support the Area Manager to highlight and rectify any issues
Assign work to associates as needed to support workflow
Maintain Health and Safety standards
Undertake daily physical stock counts to ensure inventory accuracyTeam Leader shift patterns:

Monday - Friday
08:00 - 16:00Requirements as a Team Leader:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
No history of active attendance probation or quality probation for the past 6 months
Willing to work flexible schedules / shifts
GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above (or equivalent)
IT literature, confident with MS office package
Meets or exceeds departmental production goals in current role
Willingness to train and learn new skills
