Job Description

Working for this established and growing organisation, the Service Co=ordinator will provide a professional customer focused telephonist service, ensuring efficiency and understanding at all times, dealing with callers relating to their service plans as well as undertaking the administration work. The Service Co-ordinator will be rewarded with 25 days'' holidays plus Bank Holidays and an extensive benefits package. The company are close to public transport links, so very accessible from Liverpool and the Wirral.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm
To apply for the Service Co-ordinator role, you will have previous customer service administration skills, gained within a professional office environment. You will possess a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have the capacity to learn new systems quickly. The Service Co-ordinator will have a clear understanding of the importance of exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Overview of Responsibilities
* To provide a comprehensive support and administration service for the Management Team, ensuring data is input on any inhouse systems as directed
* To ensure the maintenance of adequate client records to demonstrate compliance with FCA requirements and facilitate regulatory reporting
* To collate and issue all documentation as required
* To administrate and issue Road & Sewer Bonds as instructed
* To communicate effectively with relevant internal and external parties
* To ensure strict adherence with Company procedures and external compliance regulations
* Any other duties as reasonably required
Essential Skills:
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Previous experience of working within a similar environment
* Professional, courteous, and confident telephone manner
* Ability to use initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines
* High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Excellent organisation ability
* Ability to understand and developing knowledge of FCA regulations
* Excellent planning and prioritising skills
* Ability to analyse and problem solve
