We are proud to be representing one of the UK''s most well-respected membership organisations in the search for an experienced Client Solutions Manager with the expertise to optimise consumer insight data to establish new points of innovation and to deliver a range of products and services that give first a class customer experience to the members.

This exciting opportunity carries the responsibility to develop a suite of products, service and advice based on the developing needs of a business from start up to exit. The idea is to provide help and support at every level of the business life cycle with a range of products that have been meticulously analysed and appraised to offer a solution for any given challenge.

As the Client Solutions Manager, you will be involved from the ground up in creating the solutions for the members. The role supports an industry sector that contributes nearly £40 billon per annum to the UK economy and supports its members with a comprehensive range of services from training to legal support.

The role of the Client Solutions Manager is a new role that is supported by a management team and an experienced team of directors with a wealth of knowledge in a people-oriented industry that is intrinsic to sustainable businesses growth across the UK.

Main Purpose of the role and Key Tasks

Collate and analyse member feedback required to identify changing member business needs
Deliver product development ideas to meet the business needs of members across all stages of a business lifecycle
Deliver an ongoing product development plan aligned to the purpose of the organisation, maximising customer service and internal efficiency. This plan should include but not be limited to, product relevance and member need gap analysis
The role requires close working relationships with departments across the different departments of the organisation, and external industry representatives or suppliers, to ensure that the product and services range remains up to date and fit for purpose
To provide detailed and accurate management information and reports on progress to the Customer Services Director
To be part of the management team that drives customer service for its members

The successful candidate will have:

A sound understanding of business and the associated needs throughout itsLifecycle

you will have worked as an external agent to business either as an employee of a management consulting firm or as an independent consultant
A strong track record within Product Development with the ability to provide a data-driven strategy to contribute development of the product suite
