We are currently looking for a service advisor to join a face paced team in Enfield.

Job Role: The post holder will receive calls from customers who have triggered their alarm responding to all alerts in a helpful, calm and sympathetic manner. You will asses and identify the nature and reason for the call and take appropriate action e.g dispatching a response officer to the home address, calling emergence services or alerting key holders.

Experience Required:
* Experience in using Jontek
* One year''s experiences in telecare
* DBS Requires
