Job Description
Staffstore UK are eager to speak to experienced customer service advisors with a technical mindset to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of Halifax.
Duties of the role will include:
* General customer service
* Logging of jobs ensuring accuracy at all times
* Engineer allocation
* Sales and Marketing of the companies products and services
* Monitoring of job progress which will include liaising with engineers and clients and updating the company database accordingly.
* Efficiency in the set up of new client accounts - i.e. inputting of customer details
In return our clients are offering a salary of £17,750.00- £20,0000 per annum. Hours 8.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (45 minute unpaid lunch), within their relaxed call centre environment.
To be considered for an interview you will:

* Be enthusiastic in your approach to work
* Possess strong IT skills including the use of MS Excel
