You will have over 2 years as a valuer/ Lister in the property sector and have excellent commercial and local knowledge coupled with extensive experience of the sales process within Estate Agency

Key responsibilities- :

* Meeting clients

* Valuing and listing homes

* Keeping up to date with market values and trends

* Accompanying viewings where needed

* Negotiating offers

* Prospecting for new business
