SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a QHSE Advisor to work for a large multi-channel distributor based in Leicestershire. Reporting into the Operations Manager this role will be responsible for the maintenance of the Company''s Management Systems and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and assisting with compliance.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide QHSE support to all sites and the Management teams across the UK.
- Coordination of the required elements of the Management Systems
- Proactively drive continued improvements to enhance the sites QHSE culture.
- Be present in all site''s monthly health and safety meetings by phone where applicable.
- Produce statistics and analysis where required.
- Coordinate the completion of internal QHSE audits, support O licence audits and manage non-conformities with travel as required.
- Assist in external BSI audits where required.
- Proactively develop the internal audit checklists and schedules for the compliance to legislation.
- Have a flexible approach to support the needs of the business.
- Review accidents and near miss incidents and support in making corrective actions and recommendations.
- Utilise the group LUS legislation register and provide evidence of compliance.
- Develop processes and procedures for site managers with QHSE matters.
- To act as point of contact for all site QHSE matters.
- Any other duties as and when required by management.

Previous experience within QHSE and transportation is essential along with the holding the NEBOSH General certificate. This is a 40 hour a week contract, flexible hours. Will involved travel across the UK
