Customer Service Advisor

On behalf of my established client based in Crewe, I am looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor. Working a part of a small and friendly team you will be responsible for speaking to customers mostly via webchat and advising them on products, taking orders, quoting prices, completing the order, processing payment and seeing through to satisfactory delivery. This is a temporary to permanent role and we are keen to recruit someone who has experienced of working with an online retailer previously.
