Architect (High-End Residential)

RIBA Chartered Architect required to join a busy Architectural practice in Greater Manchester. Preferably applicants will be able to demonstrate a depth of experience in the high-end and luxury Residential sector.

This Architectural studio have been established for many years and have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality design-work across Manchester and throughout the North-West. Traditionally their work is focused within the Residential sector including: bespoke private dwellings, townhouses, barn conversations and various other types. They are multiple award-winners and are looking to build upon their existing specialist team with the hire of an experience, RIBA Chartered Architect.

Key things we are looking for include:

ARB/RIBA Qualification.
At least 5 years experience in-practice (UK-based preferably).
Confidence and experience with REVIT. Alongside AutoCAD & Sketchup.
Proven job-running experience, ability to perform in a senior role and manage a design/technical team.
Confidence and leadership skills.
On-Site experience.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
