Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional individual to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.
Joining a diverse, fun and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to charities and customers over the phone and by email.
Duties include:
Acting as the initial point of contact when dealing with external customers, including high net worth individuals and charities understanding their requests/ needs to then offer expert advice and guidance, in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
To actively understand and promote the products and services being offered
Responding to all queries from clients and customers by phone and email in a professional manor, to encouraging customers to move forward in the charity verification process
Providing expert customer service at all times when liaising with external customers, reviewing, investigating and making recommendations on all donation requests, ensuring that all payments are processed and completed in a timely manner
To ensure client confidentiality and to adhere to General Data Protection Regulatory requirements
To actively recognise and progress/hand off sales opportunities to the relevant teams to increase business
To liaise and build strong relationships with internal teams and various stakeholders
Carry out other various ad-hoc duties as and when requiredThe successful candidate will have:
Experience within a Customer Service environment
Knowledge of AML, KYC and general GDPR would be an advantage
Previous work experience within banking or financial services background
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Great interpersonal skills
Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
A self-motivated and pro-active personality
