Architectural Technician

An Architectural Technician (Revit) is required ASAP for a growing architectural practice based near Harrogate. This practice specialises in large commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK and Europe.

This practice consists of 15 staff of Architects, Technicians, and Architectural Assistants. Projects wise in the practice you can find yourself working on the design of Manufacturing, E-Commerce, Food Production, Industrial, and Logistics with the focus always being on the efficiency and design of buildings.

They are based in Harrogate with onsite parking and easy access. Overall, this practice has designed and delivered over £2billion worth of major projects!

As the Architectural Technician, you will be using Revit daily, and having previous experience is essential.

The Role: Architectural Technician.

* Contribute to the design and delivery of projects.

* Use Revit and SketchUp to produce 3D Models.

* Draw up existing and proposed plans,

* Produce working drawings, building regulations, and construction information.

The salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £35,000 for the right Architectural Technician and a competitive benefits package.

The Candidate: Architectural Technician

* Previous experience as an Architectural Technician and using Revit in practice.

* Ability to work on your own and to deadlines.

* Proficient in Revit

* Working knowledge of building regulations and construction information

* A driver''s license and live within an hour of Harrogate is desirable.
