Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - Between 8.30am and 5pm
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year

This is a Charity Verification role for a highly reputable charity and would be best suited to someone who has ideally worked within an FSA regulated industry previously, i.e. banks, insurance, property and estate agents, accountancy firms or the legal sector.

The successful Customer Service candidate will have excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills; be computer literate and happy to learn their bespoke CRM and systems; be highly organised and have excellent prioritisation skills.

This role itself has actually only become available as the previous post-holder has moved to another department within the organisation.

The duties for this Customer Service Administrator will include but not be limited to:

Understanding the needs and requests of the customers both external and internal and provide clear and concise updates
Obtaining and collating all documents to provide charity verification processes
Ensuring that all payments and processes are completed via internal and external methods
Understanding the company''s products and services and providing advice and supportThe closing date for this role is Friday 19th February 2021 4pm. Telephone interviews are scheduled to take place the following week with a provisional final stage video interview scheduled for 4th March 2021.
