Job Description

Title: HR Administrator

Division: Human Resources

Contract Position based at: Halewood

Position Description:

The HR administrator role for Case Management will support the Case Management advisors with note taking in Employment Reviews and complex disciplinary and grievance meetings.

The role will also support with general administration tasks such as absence reporting through excel and collating files and paperwork for DSAR''s and Employment Tribunals.

The role will involve a combination working in the office and from home.

Skills Required:

Detailed minute taking in meetings, preferably in a HR setting.
Competent with Microsoft Office programmes in particular Word and Excel
Strong personal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
Experience Required:

Experience of minute taking in HR related meetings.
Previous office administration role preferably in a HR environment
A good communicator
An effective team player
Intermediate level in Excel and Word
Additional Information:

INSIDE IR35
