IT Analyst
Salary Range: £35,762 - £43,223 per annum

We look after eight of London''s largest open spaces; Hyde Park, The Green, Richmond, Greenwich, St James''s, Bushy and The Regent''s Parks, and Kensington Gardens. We also manage other important open spaces in the capital including Brompton Cemetery, Victoria Tower Gardens, Canning Green and Poet''s Corner.
About the role
As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of key business processes throughout The Royal Parks. You will use your business analysis skills to suggest process improvements and produce detailed system specifications, enabling systems to be developed in-house, or as the basis for selecting suitable software packages.
The Royal Parks currently use O365 extensively and we are looking to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and finance solutions, so you will ideally have extensive knowledge of working with these solutions.
Where suitable, you will also provide support for IT systems developed in-house using The Royal Parks'' preferred development environment, Lansa. This is a low-code solution that enables fully functional web, mobile, and windows applications to be developed using a single skillset.
You will also be responsible for implementing software solutions, including assisting with end-user testing and producing end-user documentation.
About you
To join us as our IT Analyst, you will need to be an experienced IT professional with experience of implementing and supporting multi-user business applications. You will have strong project management skills and be educated to degree standard in a computer-related discipline.
You will have good Microsoft Dynamics 365 skills and experience of supporting in an O365 environment.
You will also be a methodical, well-organised individual, with a keen eye for detail and good written and verbal skills.
You will need a flexible approach to your working day, to ensure that the very best IT service is provided to our colleagues throughout the business.
You will have Security Clearance (SC) or be willing to undergo the clearance process.
