Akton recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join the team at the Bournemouth and Poole Council.
Job Role: Administrator
Day to day roles:
Support to Locality managers
Input of employee data on E1st system
Management of arranging Supervision & EDI dates, typing and filing of documents
Minute taking of- meetings (BAI, Safeguarding, management meetings, any other meetings requested by locality managers)
Management of ASC RAG/EMAG/Q&A meeting data for spreadsheet/data collection
Management of Locality Managers Diaries
Any other administrative duties
Skills needed to apply for the role:
Computer skill
Typing skills
Data and spreadsheet knowledge
Minute taking
Arranging day to day management of managers
Taking and making telephone calls
Key Information
£11.00 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
3 Month Contract
