Role introduction

As part of the Firm''s initiative to grow its employment offering, my client are looking to recruit an employment lawyer for the Yeovil office. The role will deal with respondent and claimant work, as well as non-contentious work.

The Yeovil office currently has a small team, which it is looking to grow with the addition of a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE. Whilst a generalist role, one critical aspect of the position is working with local GP health providers so previous experience of working with GPs or on Partnership matters would be beneficial.

Ideal candidate

The role requires strong commerciality and a strategic business development aptitude to help realise the Department''s ambitious growth plans. A self-starter with drive and ambition will be ideal for this role as the Firm offers genuine opportunities for development and progression for the right people.
