Contact Centre Manager

Do you have experience as a Contact Centre Manager working in a busy, dynamic call centre?

We are currently recruiting for an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a large financial organisation. The department operates 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and 7pm.

This is a strategic role focusing on maximising business performance, quality and productivity, whilst budgeting effectively to ensure the teams costs meet expectations and ensuring all practices and procedures are compliant. This role will utilise your exceptional leadership skills by overseeing the daily performance of a large team consisting of Managers, Team Leaders and Contact Agents, along with the direct line management of circa 10 employees. You will be driving the team to meet the goal of delivering exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

Experience of the regulatory financial services environment
The ability to lead large multi-functional teams and achieve results
A proven track record of high value budgetary oversight and control
Experience developing procedures and standards for a Call Centre department
Ability to manage multiple, conflicting interests and deadlines
The ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders in order to reach mutually beneficial business outcomes
