RESIDENTIAL LEASEHOLD FEE-EARNER

SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

The firm is looking to recruit a full time leasehold reform practitioner to join my clients busy specialist Residential Leasehold Property Department at their central Bournemouth Office.

The position involves acting for leaseholders and freeholders in relation to individual lease extensions, collective freehold purchases, right to manage, right of first refusal and other ancillary matters.

We are looking for someone with experience, high client care standards, technical ability, and a desire to market and develop their career. Full support will be available to assist the successful candidate in this respect.

You must be personable and able to inspire confidence in clients.
