Fee Earner – Residential Conveyancing

Established Somerset practice seeks fee earner with solid residential conveyancing experience on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining a CQS accredited team located in the Minehead area, the successful fee earner will utilise their skills and expertise in residential conveyancing to manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion. Additionally, you will build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and have a desire to get involved with business development initiatives.

Providing estimates of costs
Sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Shared ownership properties
Lease extensions

Mortgages

A solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or paralegal from newly qualified upwards
Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing will be essential
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
