Senior Quality Engineer

SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER / QUALITY MANAGER / STOCKPORT / £45,000 - £55,000 + 10% BONUS / ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURER

OUR CLIENT

Is a global leader in the manufacture of Electronics products supplying multiple sectors. They have a manufacturing facility in Stockport and are currently looking to recruit a number of first class Senior Quality Engineers / Quality Managers to manage small teams primarily associated with New Product Introduction (3-4 Quality Engineers per team).

THE ROLE

These roles will be focussed on detecting failure modes in the development of electronics products. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the confident use of the crucial Quality tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC, Process capability studies / MSA, risk assessment anmd data analysis) to ascertain these failure modes and devise strict testing regimes to eliminate under performing product. In addition, you will be a confident people Manager and be happy to work in a laboratory environment under international quality standards.

THE PERSON

You will be a confident and experienced quality practitioner with a track record from a manufacturing industry sector. You will be able to demonstrate that you can deploy the quality tools mentioned and develop testing methodologies in a laboratory setting and help others adopt them too. You must be suitably qualified preferably to degree level in Physics or Electronics with a quality background within manufacturing.

THE SALARY

£45,000 - £55,000 + 10% bonus
