Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a busy Residential Conveyancing team of a forward-thinking, award-winning, law firm at their office in Coventry City Centre.
The role will involve supporting the Conveyancing team with all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, including file opening and closing, liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face, carrying out searches, use of a case management system, use of the Land Registry portal, production of legal documents etc.
Attention to detail, IT skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team, to tight deadlines.
Suitable candidates will be educated to degree level and must be local to Coventry, with previous experience of working as part of a Residential Conveyancing team, dealing with sales and purchase transactions, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Salary is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time permanent job, working Monday to Friday and will be office-based.
