Job Description

Due to increased volumes of sales we need experienced Delivery Coordinators to hit the ground running in our Administration Department at Vanarama.

You must have previous experience of coordinating deliveries as this role manages and coordinates the delivery of vehicle from the dealership to our customer. You will be expected to deal with issues such as changing dates, damage to the vehicle etc.,

You must have an excellent telephone manner and be used to being constantly on the telephone. You will need to be able to form relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate empathy with our customers.

You will need to be robust as we are busy and this role is demanding - but you will be well supported within this fun and friendly team!

You will be based in our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead where we have free parking on site.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5:30 and 9:00 -5:00 on Fridays.

22 days annual leave p/a (pro-rata).

Free tea and coffee and our cafe - ''Caferama'' on site.
