You will have upwards of 1 years PQE and have trained and gained experience ideally in a comparable Legal 500 or high street background.

Typically you can expect to advise on privately funded matrimonial matters including divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, distribution of assets, some privately funded childcare arrangements also.

You will have the ability to run your own caseload without supervision, becoming a "go to" person in the community but also happy to participate in gentle business development and networking.

You will have time management and organisational skills and be an effective and confident communicator.
