Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a rapidly growing boutique firm.

If you are newly qualified or recently qualified and are looking to work in a firm with plenty of potential for progression, then this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will have the opportunity to deal with a wide range of high-calibre commercial matters whilst enjoying the benefits of a close-knit, supportive and developing team.

Key requirements:

* Newly qualified - 3 years PQE or a Legal Exec

* Experience of making and taking calls to clients and third parties/the court.

* A good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.

* A good working knowledge of contract law

* Experience of handling contractual disputes on behalf of Claimants and/or Defendants.

* Experience of negotiating settlement of claims.

* Experience of instructing Counsel, experts and other third parties in respect of claims.

* Experience of dealing with costs, including the preparation of costs schedules and costs management documents.
