Lawyer – Plot Sales

Lawyer with plot sale expertise sought on a permanent basis for an established law firm in Shropshire.

Joining the firms Newport based office, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in this field to manage a full caseload, assisting developers of new builds with their plot sales from instruction to completion. This role will be office based from the outset.

Responsibilities

Matters from instruction to completion
Freehold and leasehold transactions
New builds
Liaising with new build developers
Plot sales
Advising on help to buy schemes
Preparing draft contractsThe Candidate

Solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE
Technically proficient in all aspects of plot sales
Possesses excellent client care and communication skills
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Be able to confidently handle your own caseload
Works well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
Has a keen eye for detail and a desire for professional development.The Firm
