Head Of Operations

Our client, an expanding boutique legal practice who specialise in areas of finance and litigation, are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join them as their new Head of Operations

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented and results driven person, with the desire to make a significant impact on a company, to be instrumental in helping motivate, lead, grow and develop the team of Fee Earners/Case Handlers

Developing and establishing operational strategy you will be responsible for making sure the team are fully trained, motivated and all reports are produced in a timely fashion and completed aligned to Best Practise principles and driving continuous improvement to continue to exceed customer expectations

You will also be responsible for helping cultivate a culture of accountability by monitoring, analysing, and reporting on team''s KPIs, ensuring adequate case file quality control, maximising service and end to end process efficiency

Experience in a similar managerial or operations role is desirable, as is experience in PI, Finance, or Civil Litigation areas of law and legal practice
