Associate Lawyer - Commercial Disputes

Legal 500 practice in Cambridgeshire seeks a talented Commercial Disputes Associate Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a driven solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years'' PQE to join a bespoke firm in Peterborough. The successful lawyer will handle a demanding caseload of commercial litigation matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times.

Responsibilities

Complex high-net-worth disputes
Injunctions
Breach of contract
Fraud
Professional negligence
Partnership and company disputes
Insolvency and warranty claims
Property, regulatory and construction disputes
Financial services claims
Claims against lenders, fund managers and advisers
Assisting senior fee earners on significant, complex cases
Liaising with clients, colleagues and counsel on a daily basis
Assisting with marketing and business developmentThe Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years'' PQE
Solid experience in commercial litigation matters is essential
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads whilst working well under pressure
