Job Description
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought within leading Wiltshire practice on a permanent basis.
Joining a busy, CQS accredited team in Swindon, the successful lawyer will undertake a varied caseload covering the full remit of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing transactions. Handling transactions from instruction to post completion, the successful lawyer will maintain the firm high levels of client care and service at all times.

Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE
Technical proficiency in residential property will be essential
Possesses excellent communication and client care skills
Be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
IT literate with strong attention to detail
A team player and also able to work on your own initiativeThe Firm
