Litigator with general commercial and civil experience sought on a permanent basis in Wiltshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious solicitor or legal executive to join a specialist litigation team in Swindon. The successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to provide exceptional services to clients through the management of a complex litigation caseload covering the full spectrum of both civil and commercial disputes. Additionally, the successful lawyer will play an active role in business development initiatives to promote their own and the teams services.

Qualified solicitors and chartered legal executives with a minimum of 1 years'' PQE
Technically proficient in general civil and commercial litigation
Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Confident in conducting negotiations and advocacy
