CQS accredited practice in Norfolk seeks a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.

Licensed conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with 5+ years'' PQE in residential conveyancing matters sought for a leading firm in Norwich. With secretarial support, the successful applicant will handle a demanding caseload of residential property matters. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, however part-time may be also offered to the right candidate.

Sales and purchases of residential property
Freehold and leasehold
Re-mortgages
Joint ownership
Landlord and tenant matters
Transfers of equity and gifts of land
Purchases and sales of building plots
Extensions of flat leases
Buying for investmentThe Candidate

Licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years'' experience in conveyancing matters
Technical expertise
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
IT proficiency
A team player but also with the ability to work independentlyThe Firm
