Utilising your skills and experience in this field, the successful lawyer will manage a complex caseload of residential property transactions and participate in business development initiatives to promote theirs and the departments services.

Responsibilities

New build
Freehold and leasehold matters
Development transactions
Streamlining processes
Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
Staff training and development
Participation in business development and marketingThe Candidate

A solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE
Technically proficient in all aspects of residential property
Possesses sound knowledge of referral arrangements
IT literate and willing to embrace new developments
Be pro-active, personable and professional
Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
Knowledge of CQS and panel membershipsThe Firm
