CQS accredited firm in North Yorkshire seeks a skilful Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining a busy, well-regarded team, the successful applicant will assist with a varied residential and commercial conveyancing and land law caseload. Delivering high-quality advice to clients based both locally and further afield you will maintain the team''s commitment to excellence in client care.

Responsibilities

Sales and purchases
Freehold and leasehold
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Landlord and tenant matters
Option agreements
Leases
Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions

The Candidate

Solicitors, legal executive and licenced conveyancers with at least two years'' PQE
Experience in residential and commercial property is essential
A strong communicator with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
IT proficient
A team player with a flair for business development
