A well known firm in Worthing, West Sussex are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1yr PQE to join their expanding dispute resolution department.

You''ll be joining a highly regarded team where you''ll work alongside a very experienced Property Litigation Partner. Your role will be to handle a broad mix of commercial and residential property disputes including; landlord and tenant, neighbour disputes, lease renewals and surrender,dilapidations claims, break clauses, rent arrears/service charge disputes.

You must be an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor/Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
