JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+

THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a commercially minded Family Solicitor to join an expanding family team. You will handle your own varied caseload of Family matters to include Divorce and Separation, financial issues, cohabitation agreements, civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements, matters relating to children and domestic violence. Displaying excellent technical knowledge, the successful Family Solicitor will boast a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives, along with strong planning and organisational skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 4 years'' post qualification experience within the family sector and will be confident in your ability to provide sound advice across a variety of matters. You will be a team player, with excellent inter-personal skills, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients. The successful Family Solicitor will demonstrate clear capabilities of handling a caseload in a conciliatory way, providing clear and practical advice combined with an efficient and courteous service.
