You''ll be part of a well established disputes team and work closely with the private client team. There''s an ongoing increase in new work generated via the private client team, so there will be no need to undertake marketing/business development.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor/Contentious Probate Solicitor with 4 years+ PQE looking to join a market leading specialist contentious probate team. ACTAPS or working towards would be a distinct advantage, although not essential. You''ll have had exposure to the full range of contentious probate work including wills disputes, probate actions, capacity issues, abuse of LPA and inheritance act claims.
