CQS accredited firm in Northamptonshire seeks a Conveyancer on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an opportune time for a skilful paralegal or licenced conveyancer to join our client''s multi-accredited practice based in Kettering. The successful applicant will handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Property disputes
Right to buy
Searches
Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions
The Candidate
Paralegals and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of three years'' PQE
Experience in conveyancing is essential
Excellent communication and client care skills will be crucial
Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
Great attention to detail
