Legal 200 firm in Cambridgeshire seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client''s well-regarded, multi-accredited practice based in Cambridge. The successful applicant will handle a varied caseload, whilst providing a broad scope of commercial property services to the firm''s clients in a variety of sectors.

Responsibilities

Acquisition
Disposal
Freehold and leasehold commercial properties
Landlord and tenant matters
Residential and commercial development transactions
Liaising with developers and landowners
Business development

The Candidate

Solicitors with two to five years'' PQE
Experience in commercial property is essential
IT proficient
A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
A team player with an aptitude for business development
