Lawyer - Private Client (FTC)

Well-established firm in Kent seeks a dedicated Private Client Lawyer on a full-time, fixed-term contract.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years'' PQE in private client matters to join our client''s bespoke practice in Orpington. The successful candidate will utilise their skills and expertise in private client matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care. The position is offered as a 12-months maternity cover initially, possibly becoming a permanent role, with the starting date in middle May.

Responsibilities

Wills
Estate planning and administration
Applications for grants of probate
Lasting powers of attorney
Advising on tax-efficient wills and trusts
Devising and managing trust files
Court of Protection applicationsThe Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years'' PQE
Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm
Excellent communication and client care skills
Able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision
IT proficientThe Firm
